We accept returns within 30 Days from the date of purchase. You can submit your return request by sending an e-mail to us by clicking this link. Please include your order number or postal code in your e-mail. Once your return approved, we'll provide you the return QR code or Label so you can download it and show nearest Royal Mail post office. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
1.) The item must be in its original condition, unused or slighty used, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, must be provided.
Any item that is damaged or not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.
2.) Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. If the return is not our or the shipping company's fault, it will be subject to a £4.99 delivery charge and this will be deducted from your final refund.The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
